The Cannibal of Cloud Ball 9
Introduction
The Cannibal of Cloud Ball 9 is my Dune—a structurally orchestrated, multi-threaded sci-fi epic set in the cloud colonies of Venus, where tensegrity spheres the size of cities float in the atmosphere and Simonee Saran comes face to face with herself. Literally. Political intrigue, theories of consciousness, a murder mystery, possession horror, and at least one ritual sacrifice—this is everything The Ice Princess of Enceladus Station promised and then some. Book Two picks up a few weeks after Book One ends, and it's already twice as long. Start with Chapter One:
I’ve been working on this book off and on for a decade. And I retconned some things, which required updates to The Ice Princess of Enceladus Station, hence why I rewrote it on Substack. Well, here we are, book 2, and it’s not even done yet. I only really finished up to the midpoint, which is fine, really, because I know how it all ends and I’m rewriting the first half anyways because I’ve leveled up over the last couple years.
So, as before, I will update the ToC as I go. I’ve broken the book into 4 parts, each with 15-20 chapters apiece. I will start releasing chapters next week on April 30th or May 1st. Expect the usual soundtrack releases as that’s become a major part of my process.
